St. Patrick's Day is the perfect day to whip up this easy Spinach & Coconut Smoothie. All you do is through some spinach, some coconut meat, coconut milk, and any other green veggies you have in the fridge in the blender.
I used spinich, celery, cucumbers, coconut meat, coconut milk and some Green Foods Green Fusion Powder this time. Smoothies are great because you can tailor them to your taste so you don't need to follow a recipe exactly. If you don't like the way something in a recipe, swap it for something else. Plus, you won't get bored with smoothies because varying the veggies or amount of veggies will give you a different taste.
